She has been working in various procurement roles in retail, catering, and industry for over 25 years, always striving to find the best suppliers. Since 2016, she has been passionately leading the procurement department at Nestlé Deutschland AG, where she, along with a team of 60 dedicated employees, ensures that the 12 German factories are supplied with sustainable raw and packaging materials of top quality, on time in full. Additionally, she fulfills the needs of the departments and factories for Capex, logistics, marketing, technical services, co-manufacturing, and other indirect materials.

She shares her knowledge with enthusiasm through internal trainings on the 7-step sourcing process. Among her current challenges are the further development of procurement within a global purchasing organization, optimizing collaboration with internal and external shared service centers, and implementing change management on a daily basis.
