Since 2012 Marco Zander has been connecting purchasing with sales and controlling closely. Because of this it is possible to achieve serval savings and optimisation in the complete process chain. In 2011 Marco Zander could win over an internationally acting furniture company as a customer. In order to fulfil all requirements of the customer there had to be built a new factory in Ukraine. A further important part was right from the beginning to insure the frictionless supply of the factory with all necessary components for the production. To meet all these requirements a vendor rating was implemented partly by using Six Sigma tools.
