Markus Schulten makes rapid changes in procurement with enthusiasm and a sense of proportion, taking into account the interdependencies of all perspectives. This starts with the employee and 'process perspecitve', up to the 'stakeholde viewr' and 'commodity group perspective'. Markus Schulten drives initiatives for every perspective at the same time in order to initiate an independent dynamic. He did this for seven years in projects for well-known consultancies before he set up new departments as procurement officer at Europe's largest laboratory group and now leads a change in the provincial group in the insurance industry. The right choice of employees and the common gradual change are key success factors. Markus Schulten is also the managing director of a subsidiary company of the Provinzial Insurance Company.
