• Achim Köder (47, married, 2 children) is Head of EEE Supply & Strategy at Airbus Defence & Space and is responsible for strategic and operational business of al electrical components and PCBs for space applications. His second role as Airbus Group Lead Buyer Electronics involves the development and implementation of cross-division strategies and partnerships with key manufacturers in the electronics industry.
Achim is a qualified physicist (semiconductor physics, University of Ulm) and has experience from various leadership positions in science and industry, including in R&D, project management, quality and procurement. He is particularly focused on an integrated supply chain approach and developing procurement organisations into lean, digital and strategically oriented centres of excellence, which decisively influence the success of a company and are closely linked to the rest of the organisation.
