His experience and activities focus on the areas of realignment and development of strategic and operational purchasing, global project and supply chain management, make or buy analyses and outsourcing, global sourcing, contract and change management, as well as people culture and qualification.

He is fond of propelling the liveliness of procurement, linking the rapidly advancing digitalisation with a holistic and sustainable procurement strategy at the same time incorporating AI-based functions.
