As an experienced Category Manager (IT), I negotiate large-volume contracts from planning (market analysis, market segmentation, and contract design) to completion, as well as the maintenance of the agreed services. My main expertise is the development of operative and strategic purchasing organizations, project management, establishment of supplier management, contract management, license management, people & change management.

After working for many years in the oil industry (Shell), Maksim Samardzic established the operational IT purchasing department at Panasonic and placed the strategic purchasing department as an "added value" partner within the cooperation.

Due to many years of experience, I can only say - "Procurement is arising like phoenix from the ashes". Purchasing is "the engine of the company " for savings, margin enhancers, liquidity hikers, risk managers, and innovation drivers.
