Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube

Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube is one of Europe's most well-known managers and corporate leaders.

He holds an diploma in engineering. Above that he is a vocational and economics educator and has more than 30 years of leadership experiences as member of the board, president of the administrative council, CEO and Chairman of the board in numerous companies.

He has worked from 2001 until 2009 as a member of the Group Management Board of Daimler AG, from 2005 until 2009 parallel as Chairman of the Board of Directors at former EADS, today Airbus Group. From 2009 until 2017 he was the CEO of Deutsche Bahn AG and member in several international supervisory boards, such as Hyundai Motors in Seoul, Mitsubishi-Motors in Tokyo, MTU and at present Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Hamburger Hafen- und Logistik AG as well as Chairman of the Investment bank Lazard and member of the supervisory board of Herrenknecht AG and RIB Software SE.
