Since 2003 Arne Olbrisch is Head of Foreigen Trade Policy and Law at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce. His core competencies include customs and foreign trade issues and international trade policy.

He is member of the working groups on International Trade Policy and Customs and Foreigen Trade Law of the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK).

Arne Olbrisch studied economics and social sciences at the University of Dortmund and completed his studies as a graduate economist.
