Johannes Naumann

Johannes Naumann is Lead Procurement Manager for Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH in Hamburg and is responsible for strategic procurement at the Shell Terminals in Europe (+Turkey and South Africa) which form part of the Trading & Supply Business Unit. Main focus areas are the development and implementation of overarching contracting strategies as well as negotiations for realizing sustainable savings potential and the management of critical supplier relationships.

Especially with regards to the constantly changing market environment and the energy transition Johannes Naumann sees Procurement as a driving force for innovation and digitalization in a global corporate environment.

Johannes Naumann started his career at Shell in the “dual studies” program studying Business Administration (B.A.). Before coming to Procurement he held positions in Retail Sales/Marketing with P&L responsibility. He therefore knows negotiations from either side of the table. Since 2018 he also holds an MBA degree from Nordakademie.
