In my professional career I could built my foundation in different industries before finding home in
the FMCG industry at Mars Inc., a family owned business for more than 100 years, based in the US.
At Mars I worked in Supply Chain, Finance Control, many years in Indirect procurement in regional
and global sourcing roles across various categories before becoming part of our Global S2P Process
Owner team. Currently I am the project lead for our global E-sourcing adoption program, focusing on
process harmonization, optimizing existing sourcing tools and implementing new solutions (like
Keelvar Sourcing Optimiser) for a greater user experiences, but also the necessary support models
through Center of Excellences.
Change management is a critical element for success to drive the expected adoption and increase the
use of e-sourcing.
