Jens is the Chief Legal & Strategy Officer, co-managing director and partner of Lintum. His main focus is M&A, commercial and corporate law, but in his legal inhouse capacity he also covers a wider remit of legal areas. He has long been interested in innovative developments in the 'legal scene'. Due to many years of experience in the legal market on the side of large law firms, as a German partner of a leading international transaction insurance broker as well as General Counsel and Compliance Officer in German and international corporations, he knows the law firm- as well as the corporate perspective in a first-hand manner.
