Stefan Zeisel is a Professor of Strategic Procurement at the University of Applied Sciences Niederrhein. He has 8 years of professional background in management consulting (A.T. Kearney, The Boston Consulting Group) and worked 10 years as senior executive at Deutsche Post DHL. In the role of “Head of Global Sourcing” he built up global procurement for DPDHL and in the position of regional head he was responsible for 3 bil. € spend and more than 200 team members. He is author of various articles and books. His research interests include among others big data and sustainability for procurement.
