Angela Qu is a passionate and inspirational leader with 25 years working experiences in China, Germany and Switzerland. She creates purpose driven organizations and builds strong partnership with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers. She promotes customer-centric approach and performance-driven culture delivering both bottom-line and top-line impact.

Her leadership principle is: engage, enable and empower her teams so that they can perform their best. She has successful record in the area of organization transformation, procurement, supply chain, people development, operation excellence, cost reduction, working capital improvements, process optimization, crisis management and M&A.

As CPO of Lufthansa Group, she created with her team a joint vision is to transform procurement into major enabler to company’s success, creating value to the customers, societies and employee. In addition, Angela serves a supervisory board member for Lufthansa Cargo.
