Olaf Kugeler

Mr. Kugeler is a procurement manager with 16 years of comprehensive experience and substantial success in indirect procurement. As part of his steady and consistent career development, he is responsible for a very wide category portfolio consisting of professional services, marketing, IT, travel & fleet, as well as large international teams and high purchasing volumes in the three-figure millions.

Mr. Kugeler was most recently Head of Regional Indirect Procurement Europe and responsible for Europe-wide indirect procurement for a large pharmaceuticals company. In this role, as well as the central elements of leadership & strategy, he also created and implemented a variety of category-specific strategies, methods and innovative concepts. Furthermore, he was responsible for the content leadership and management of several successful company-wide procurement projects in close collaboration with globally and nationally renowned management consultancies.

Mr Kugeler graduated from the RWTH Aachen with an honours degree in economics and has been a sought-after speaker, moderator and panellist at national and international conferences and forums for many years.
