The sponsored lunch takes place during the lunch break on both days of the conference (22nd and 23nd June). The location is separate from the rest of the event and you can have a very quiet and efficient lunch with approximately 30 guests of your choice.
Before the three-course meal begins, if you wish, you may make a short presentation using the large TV monitor in the room.
